4C recruits from SAP

One of Sweden’s fastest growing SMEs, 4C Strategies, who provide management consultancy and software solutions in risk and crisis management, has recruited Rod Kilgour as a new Channel Director from IT giant SAP. 4C Strategies continues to grow rapidly, having recruited 34 new employees in 2013.

We will continue, with Rod's help, to provide our clients in the public and private sectors with consultancy services and software to create, build and maintain a sound organizational capability for risk and crisis management” says CEO Magnus Bergqvist. 

Rod moved from England to Sweden 14 years ago and has worked in the IT Industry for over 25 years. Rod has worked within the Software & Services industry for the last 14 years, the last 10 seeing him work for SAP in a variety of roles, the most recent of which saw him serve as Head of Business Development in the Nordic Field Services organization.

A key aspect of this growth will be the increase in provision of our solutions within existing and new markets through the establishment of a select partner network.
